Sally Bolo

Sally Bolo is an HR professional and an Organizational Development Consultant with over 10 years of experience in HR Advisory and Operations. She has vast experience in the banking industry and consulting gained during her tenure as Head of HR Department with Fidelity Bank (currently SBM Bank (K) Limited) and Human Resource Officer with Diamond Trust Bank and HR consultant with Maxworth. Sally has demonstrated capabilities in talent management, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits management, labour relations management, job evaluation, HR administration, employee welfare and engagement and employee separation/exit management.
