Mr. Robert Owuor is a Result Oriented Human Resource Management Professional and a certified Coach with over 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management; Change Management; Strategy; Capacity Building & Employee Relations, Talent Management, Labour Laws, Arbitration and Industrial Relations. Having a vast experience in different industries including, FMCG, Fashion, Service, Insurance and Construction. He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. Robert is currently pursuing Bachelor of Laws and has undergone extensive professional training in Leadership Coaching (CDI Africa), The Art & Science of Coaching (Erickson Coaching International), Peer counseling, Change Management, Land Mark Training, Leadership Course and Strategy Execution. He is an associate consultant with Maxworth but previously Group Head of HR with Apex Steel, Head of HR with Jubilee Insurance and Group Head of HR with Pwani Oil.
