Jyoti Patel

Ms Jyoti Patel is a professionally qualified and experienced Finance Director, with over 18 years of experience in the Financial Management, Accounting and Auditing field, in various business sectors such as Manufacturing, Hospitality and Banking. In recent years, she has specialized in the Banking and Financial services industry especially with respect to Finance and risk management. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), as well as CPA(K), a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), and holds an MBA from the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors, Kenya, with in-depth training in Corporate Governance and working knowledge and experience in risk management. She is currently working as an independent, non-executive director with a bank and an insurance company, in Kenya. She will provide technical input in matters related to financial management and audit. He has served as panelist in various recruitment assignment with Maxworth.
