Enosh was a Board member of Higher Education Loans Board, KEPSA, Sports Stadia and National Industrial Training Authority (Formerly Directorate of Industrial Training) in Kenya and a member of ILO Strategy formulation Committee He has previously served as the Deputy Executive Director of FKE, Head of Consulting of the Kenya Institute of Management and the head of school improvement program in the Republic of Seychelles.
